Cherry & David Hall started DHP more than 20 years ago with three other members of staff. Her background was secretarial and her role within the company has always been in administration, dealing with everything not related to sales or editorial.

Cherry's accounting knowledge was gained as the company grew and she became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2001. With the growth of DHP Cherry now oversees many of the functions that she once carried out. Her main responsibilities now include management of DHP's banking facilities, liaison with bankers, salaries, contributor and supplier payments, invoicing and mobile phones.
