Jemma joined the company in July 2001 as a marketing executive and went on to become Marketing & Events Manager. With the company growing to over 60 members of staff, Jemma took the opportunity to develop the company’s HR function and became Personnel Manager in September 2004.

After two years of experience in HR Jemma is now embarking on a part-time university course to gain a professional HR qualification governed by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). In her spare time Jemma enjoys boxercise, running and spin-fit, which is offset by her love of wine and socialising.
