Jemma joined the company in July 2001 as a marketing executive and went on to become marketing & events manager. With the company growing to more than 60 members of staff, Jemma took the opportunity to develop the company’s human resources’ function and became personnel manager in September 2004.

In 2007 Jemma embarked on a part-time college course and satisfied the professional standards to become a Licentiate CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) member. In her spare time Jemma enjoys keeping fit, socialising and growing her own vegetables (fine weather permitting!).
