After spending a year at a sixth form in Rugby, Ben realised that it wasn't for him. He embarked on a week’s work experience with DHP and soon decided that it was the place to be, joining the company in October 2005.
Ben spent a couple of months moving from department to department before finally settling into sales, where he picked up the title of sales co-ordinator. After two years working for Irish Angler and Tackle Trade world, Ben was promoted to Business Development Executive on Total Carp magazine working under Richard Farnan. Ben has also completed an advanced modern apprenticeship in customer care.
