Production Specifications

If you have any queries about an advertisement you have booked with us, such as the design, size or content then you can call either a member of the advertising sales team or a member of the production team. They will do their utmost to ensure that your advert is of the highest quality.

To the right is a list of the production specifications we require if you are sending us any files, adverts or images for your advert.

Accepted Formats

• Adobe InDesign (CS & CS2)
• Quark Xpress (5 & 6)
• Adobe Photoshop (JPG, PSD, TIF, 180-300dpi)
• Adobe Illustrator (CS & CS2)
• Adobe PDF
• Microsoft Office (Word, text only.), unfortunately we do not accept Microsoft Publisher.
• All files must be Apple Mac compatible

Accepted Media

• CD
• DVD
• FTP (If you have FTP we can download from and upload to your server)
• Please make sure all burned CDs & DVDs are Apple Mac compatible

Copy Deadline

• 3 weeks preceding publication date. Please telephone a member of the production team for your deadline date.
