When will my subscription start?
Your subscription(s) will start with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself in the relevant section of the website. Depending on the time of your order and the print date of the magazine, this can mean a delay of up to 8 weeks until the first magazine is received, but in most cases it will be sooner.
How will I know if my order has been received and processed?
An acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 12 hours of the subscription(s) being ordered. Once your subscription has been activated, you will then receive a welcome letter confirming your subscription order details and any relevant customer service contact details.
If I order a subscription as a present for someone else, will they be contacted?
If you have ordered a gift subscription you (the buyer) will receive a posted acknowledgement letter. No contact will be made with the subscription recipient at all until they receive their subscription. Announcement of the subscription is solely at the discretion of you, the subscription purchaser.
What if a magazine arrives damaged?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on 0845 345 0253 and they will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
How do I renew my magazine subscription?
Whether you are taking out a subscription for yourself or as a gift, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. You can either renew the subscription online or complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment. Alternatively you can call our subscription hotline 0845 345 0253 (calls are charged at local rate, calls from mobiles may be charged at a higher rate)
How long will it take for my first issue to arrive?
After your order has been processed by us, you will receive the next available issue. The delivery date is determined by the time you place your order and the print date of the magazine you order. It can take up to a maximum of 8 weeks for delivery of your first magazine but this will be confirmed in the welcome letter you receive from us.
Who will send me my magazines?
We will organise the sending out of your magazines and will deal directly with any queries or customer service needs you have during the lifetime of your subscription(s). You can find all of the contact details for us in your confirmation e-mail and letter.
How do I change my address?

What if my magazine issue doesn't arrive?

How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside of the United Kingdom?
Speed of delivery to subscribers outside of the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Europe - 3/5 days. Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America - 6/10 days. Asia-Pacific/Australasia - 11/15 days.

What is the price in USD$ or EUR€?
Prices will be converted by your credit card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.
How secure are my credit card details?
All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our Internet pages.
I paid by Direct Debit. Am I protected?
If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank and the subscriptions department. Please note that Direct Debit orders are only accepted via post and are not currently available online.
